  1. I can see why it is a favorite. He is darling. The colors really tell the story and th ear rings. Really neat. To me his expression looks like he wants to talk to you.

    • It’s unusual to see an Eagle Dancer Kachina with a round beak like this one. Usually they are more lifelike. But I think it makes him extra likeable, that big button of a nose. He’s from the collection of the old Southwest Museum in Pasadena, now a part of the Gene Autry Museum. I hope he’s still available to visit next time I’m in LA.
