APPAREL / Daily painting #1018

Oil on Paper Mounted on Panel / 6 x 6 Inches

Just after I bought my first iPhone, Thea and I walked around the corner to a dress shop she'd had her eye on, and while waiting, I played with the camera on my new toy, device, and took a few shots around the store.

While none of those shots could be called, or even turned into photographs, there was one that I always thought would make a nice painting. So I decided to give it a go, and I'm so glad I did. I really like this one!

If you would like to own today's painting, just send your bid in an email to: farnsworthgallery@newmex.com, or call Thea at 505 982-4561

  1. Buying apparel may become a may become a part of the past. The way the economy is going we may have to start trying to make our own clothes if we can find material. May have to go back to the old days of raising lambs and learning how to make thread. Hope someone has a spinning wheel and can teach others how to make them. Maybe you can find one in your traveling.
