As we prepared to leave the house for the day, I stepped out into the hall, and bang, this found still life presented itself. Not as sophisticated an arrangement, possibly, but one I felt would make a fun follow through from yesterday's “MOP”.

Marisol is the housekeeper here at Casa Laura, and quite a housekeeper she is. The place is spotless!

Thea and I missed breakfast this morning, due to my posting problems last night and my sleeping late today. We went back to the Fabrica Aurora and, visited more of the shops and galleries, then came home to rest a bit.

Robert and Annie, from Guanajuato joined the group, and we all went to La Posadita, again for dinner. We all had a great time there, and after returning to Casa Laura.

But now it's time for a good night's San Miguel de Allende sleep.

  1. So Mexico! We are growing more jealous every day as we share your wonderful journey. What a great place to be.

  2. It is easy to see that Marisol takes very good care of the hotel. I looked up Mexico and saw some beautiful homes and temples. It is truly a place for an artist like you. They have a lot of history to explore.
