Still Life in a Spanish Hotel / Ink and Watercolor / 6 x 9 Inches
It was far and away the worst hotel I encountered on my entire trip. But it did have the most interesting things to paint and memories that will last; so how could I complain?
I checked in late and left early the next morning, swearing to read all the reviews when booking ahead on the Internet in the future.

Ha Ha, I am glad the place didn’t burn down while you were there!
This reminds me when we were in England. We were busy taking off wallpaper so the room could be redone in the College. One of the women saw a bunch of wires sitting on the ledge by the window. She took them apart. They were telephone wires. The college was without phone service for 4 days. They did not have cell phones. I would love this picture and the mirror is beautiful.
