FACE OF A SAINT XXX / Daily Painting #1442

Face of a Saint XXIX / Ink and Watercolor / 7 x 10 Inches / Daily Painting #1441

Here's another Saint from Bishop Gallery on West Main in Scottsdale, Arizona. And, just in case you missed it…

I did it! I finally finished my first video demonstration and it's up and running on YouTube!

Please watch, like, share, tell your friends, and, please, let me know what you think of it in the comments, or drop me an email with your impressions. Click here to watch the video. Some have requested background music. I am considering it, but so far am convinced you would like hearing music of your own choosing better than any thing I might come up with. Any more thoughts out there?

By the way, if you are having a problem with the links to the video, just go to YouTube and search for watercolor Farnsworth. That should get you there.

To own today's painting, send your bid in now…

  • Starting bid $200
  • By email, to: farnsworthgallery@newmex.com, or call 505 982-4561.

  • Bidding will close at Noon, MST, October 18, 2014.

  • The winning bidder will be notified by email the following day.

  • Paintings will be shipped as soon as the paint dries to insure safe packing. (Please allow two weeks).

Please tell a friend about us and remember, these little gems make terrific gifts.

  1. Yeah, I kept trying to get the sound to go on! I loved watching you work and make magic, but it did seem unfinished (we’re used to introductions and narrations). Usually people introduce themselves and explain what they are going to do, no?

But thanks for putting it up — I bet it was fun to learn how to do it!

  2. The doll-like surface quality of this one is amazing. Background looks like standing just outside the fires of Hell. Watched the video with grand kids. They loved it. One video is worth ten thousand words.

  3. Congratulations for getting on U Tube. I have U Tube on my G Mail. Will be looking for your name. Saw this one and what I saw you do is truly and only a John Farnsworth painting. Thank you for sharing this with me.
