TAOS EVENING / iPhoto 6+ / Snapseed / Front View

We were coming out of an opening at our dear friend Lanna Smith's gallery, The Ranch at Taos, recently, when a man crossed the street in front of us and mounted his bike. When his foot hit the brake, that red glow lighting up the adobe wall behind him caused me to grab my iPhone from my pocket and capture this quick shot just before he roared off into the night.

I especially like the red, yellow and blue primary colors in this nocturnal image.

Quite a contrast from yesterday's laundry room window. It's a bit grainy, but in the words of Chase Jarvis, “The best camera is the camera you have with you”. And that would always be my iPhone.

Hasta mañana
