I see no reason why street photography has to be always black and white, especially in Mexico, where color is so often an important part of the story.
Now, don't get me wrong. I love monochromatic street shots. But I love color, too. Mainly, I love to capture life on the street, and to present it in best way I can manage.
I also love photos that tell a story, like this one that speaks of the changes that time brings.

A FARNSWORTH A DAY 
I like that all three are sort of crouching down. It makes the composition.
The living woman has hair that fits beautifully with Flaming Mexico.
Hi Cheryl, there used to be a Zuñiga sculpture similar to these in a shopping mall in Paradise Valley, Arizona. It was all I could do to not climb into that comfy lap and take a nap! 😉

Hola Prima. This was taken in the courtyard of La Plaza del Angel Centro de Antiquarios, Calle Hamburgo and Estocolmo, in Mexico City, just a couple of blocks from La Fonda del Refugio, where we had dinner and some really fine margaritas almost 15 years ago. Do you remember that evening?
