Man with wings tied to.Angwusnasomtaka. The mother of all the Kachinam. She comes in early Spring, from her home in the San Francisco Peaks, to all three Hopi Mesas, bearing corn seed and bean sprouts to begin the planting season and yucca whips to oversee the initiation of young men into the Kachina societies.
As with all the female Kachinas, Crowmother is represented by a male dancer.
