Perfect in every way! I cant explain why I love this little painting, the clor, content, composition .It seems that I can smell and feel the love that happens here.
Thanks Leah. Glad you like it. I really enjoyed painting it.
Thanks, Leah. Now get out in that kitchen and rattle them pots and pans. Just kidding.
Oh YES! Beautiful in every way. It appeals to the domestic goddess in me. And such a pensive
view out the window.
Hi domestic goddess Cheryl. I don’t get to see many sunrises, and this was an evening research photo, but the light outside the window reminded me of those mornings when I’d get up before sunup to go duck hunting with my dad, and the smell of coffee and bacon.
Yes, even tho the photo was taken in the evening, it looks like dawn.
Oh my, it’s time to re-think my kitchen. I love it. Thea, it makes me think of you and it also makes me miss you so much more!
I love this painting. It makes the ordinary look beautiful!
First we wondered where this sink/copper counter was? Thea’s? No. Ah, but then the old memory kicked in and we remembered!
Dishes never looked so welcoming, the copper never so shiny! Suddenly the ole heart kicked in and the mind followed with never has a kitchen looked so romantic, Then, we began wondering where the tall, thin vase we bought in Greece was? And, now the search begins. Thanks for stimulating our hearts and our minds.
Hee Heee, I never dreamed you’d see and recognize this subject. I’m glad I could bring back memories of a place that I know was very special to you.
Hi Mr. Farnsworth, I’d like to use a small jpg of this beautiful painting on the website of KWMR.org since I have a music show that is coincidentally named: The Kitchen Sink. KWMR is a non-profit, community radio station, and I volunteer my time for this show. I will properly attribute the work of art to you. Thank you for your beautiful artwork!!
